only good if they can get the doctors to do it? problem is (for job protection) that current doctors set limits on the numbers of new doctors that can be trained. so they'll always want too few to maintain their self importance. -
These things obviously vary, but the bigger problem I see is that in planning out our day absolutely none of us ever account for the time spent getting beer, going to the toilets, food and some rest in the shade 😁 -

I tend to use a V60 pour over. I like the fact you can just lift the filter paper and grounds straight out after brewing, no need to even rinse out. And it makes a very tasty brew. Bit more faff to brew than an aeropress or french press (other than the fact they both need rinsing after use) but I quite enjoy the faff. It's a bit of a ritual for me in the morning. I even take beans and a hand grinder. Nothing quite like the smell of freshly ground coffee beans. Agree about coffee bags. Never been able to find a decent one. Even from specialty roasters. I'll sometimes take some for when I'm on shift stewarding but not for at camp. -

Our GP surgery (Wales) recently moved to an online form for contact (you can phone and reception fill sit in for you if you want). All forms are seen by the clinician and normally within 2 hours and a decision made as to urgency and what type of appt and when is needed. So far all the feedback is positive and my personal experiences are both really good. My only criticism of it is that when they get busy with lots of forms being submitted they take the form offline until they catch up. -
