Coldplay were touring in Italy when the festival was on last year, so not sure it was that hard for him to stay away.

He was a big Doctor Who fan mind you 😂 I saw them at WOMAD a couple of years ago and they we’re excellent, but not as good as Leftfield

Indeed. The greatest festival in the UK shouldn't be putting on acts they have already put before more than once in a short period of time imo. It's not like there are no artists to choose from. Repeated bookings is the kind thing that you would expect from a low ranking festival not from a top one imo

Stevie Wonder headlined Glastonbury before Bestival by that logic though
