Maybe she's not my cup of tea so I don't see the positives but I don't think she's anything special live at all from the clips I've seen.

There's something good though because she's ridiculously popular

I feel she is getting better as she is getting older. She will be fun regardless as her songs have great singalong value.

I thought the same til I saw her. But I have to caveat that by saying the hysterical atmosphere and loud sing along around me was probably what contributed to that. I doubt it'll be the same at Glastonbury, as many of the people who would create that atmosphere won't be there...

how can people says she weak live when she has already been excellent on the farm 🤣 are you watching on YouTube or have you seen her live?  excellent booking 2 top tier albums under her belt.

To be fair if you read the descriptions they aren't all based on having seen her in person and that's made quite clear. I don't think she hits the notes the best all the time.

got tickets today and so hyped for this, lack of discussion here is mad! shes so good live, shame she seems to be under rated by so many!

My hunch is that she’s in that spot between being new and exciting (she’s been around too long to be seen to be given a leg-up), and being around long enough to be massively popular outside of her (admittedly large) fan base. The fans will absolutely love it but it’s a bit ‘taps on’ for everyone else. All three Pyramid headliners feel a bit second/third choice this year.

I think the 1975 have a decent chance of winning people over, they did it to me before and they've probably got the most recognisable set of songs for mainstream culture going back a bit further than Olivia (sorry Neil Young fans, there are maybe one or two songs even for people my age, mid 30s!)

We bought tickets for her BST show as an insurance policy in case we failed in the resale.

Fortunately we didn't! So if anybody wants two GA tickets for BST for face value (£115 I think), drop me a DM in the next day or two before they get listed.

I reckon there will be less crowd churn than we think between Kahan and Rodrigo. But I digress.

BST bill in too now.

I think I'm going to now get a ticket for this somehow through resales for the Friday now KOL are out of Werchter. With no Glastonbury there is nothing to hold me back.

I’m buzzing to see her, personally. She’s bound to bring out a guest too, you’d think.

She bought David Byrne out at the Govenor's Ball last night. Wouldn't be a bad guest, nor a bad potential replacement for Rod if he ends up cancelling!

Definitely. She brought out Lily Allen in a middle of the day set, so surely she will in a headline slot!

Obviously David or Chappell would be the dream guests (even if Chappell has shows on the Friday and Saturday) but I wonder if Noah Kahan would show up in some capacity especially after O-Rod covered Stick Season a while ago.
