I seem to remember it being quite rainy on the BBC special broadcast from the farm and thinking we did well (from a weather perspective)?

Then again, it might just have been a rainy spell that's shadowing my memory

Could well be right. Normally if Im not at a Glastonbury I would watch most of it on TV. I never watched any of the special broadcast or any of the archive stuff in 2020

I know know millions died, but the Taylor-Macca Glastonbury is still the biggest thing that covid robbed us of.

Not a Taylor swift fan but Taylor, Macca, Kendrick is by any measure a massive trio of headliners.

Been dry all day, with a decent amount of wind, ground is drying out

That’s the ideal conditions to dry out the ground. Warm, sunny and a bit of wind. Cautiously optimistic that any  forecast now is light showers and not long periods of persistent heavy rain .  The build should be able to go ahead without causing damage to the fields.
Hopefully decent weather especially for the newbies so they can see the festival at its magnificent best.

Same.  Picture seems to be intermittent light showers, bit of the heavier stuff next weekend but not too much and then basically dry from the Monday.  Game on.
