Leftfield (The Band)

Any idea where Leftfield will be playing? Unless I'm missing something not on any area posters yet?

Thought it might have been Arcadia but not on there?

Block 9? Icon? would be immense?

Don't think anybody knows. Glade has been suggested as a possibility. No idea how popular they actually are now, I know they're popular on this forum but not sure about the younger attendees. Personally I love them and have never seen a bad gig (reckon I'm well into double figures gigwise).  Seeing them in Glasgow a couple of weeks before Glastonbury so not sure if I'll catch them on the farm or not. All depends on clashes!

How about The Other Stage. I’ve seen Chemical Brothers, Orbital and Prodigy play headline that stage in the past. Aren’t they almost that sort of level? Or maybe sub that stage?

Only played the Sonic in 2015. Cant see them going to the other stage.

The Glade seems right to me. Probably Fri or Sat Headliner.

Would Leftfield not be headlining the Park, then? If it were possible to see them before GnR I would be very up for that!

This is my thought. Leftfield with daylight would be very odd. It's headline surely?

I reckon so. No disrespect to FBS, but I can't see Leftfield subbing him. Surely it's the other way around.

    • RIP Roy Hattersley
    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
