Because of other plans I will be 15-20 mins late for the start of Elton. I know the Pyramid field will be busy. So what’s your advice for seeing him? Should I go to extreme rear of the field and enter that way? Try and enter half way down the field? Or just write it off, stay away and make other plans? FYI I’ll be approaching from Glade area

They’ve just announced on BBC6 Music that The Smile are dropping a new track today. Taken Thom’s history of turning up unannounced at Glastonbury, could they be in the mix too??

Look folks I’m still grasping to any available straws. I’ve just noticed that the line up and rumours on this website has been updated to feature all the confirmed acts but hiding in there is still Pulp with a Strong Rumour hanging on by its finger tips. In Neil we trust. Surely he would have canned that if all hope had gone.

I’m still holding out for Pulp being in Woodsies on Saturday afternoon, until I hear otherwise. Then it’ll be a quick race across site to see Pretenders at The Park

Apparently it was great at Heaton Park recently. Their hour slot would be perfect for the full album plus a couple of extra big tunes.

What’s the final best guess for the two TBAs for Woodsies and one TBA for the Park? They could determine my Friday and Saturday schedule

Courteeners have just played a big homecoming gig and played St Jude in full. Are we expecting the same at Glastonbury or will they do a typical festival mix? I would definitely consider it if they were to play that debut album. Any thoughts or rumours?

That’s a great question. I’m in exactly the same boat. Never seen him despite having been to Glastonbury seven times. He’s always on but always had a better offer. This year though I will definitely be at the Park for Leftfield so might hang around. It would be great to hear other opinions of his live set before I commit

Until this year, I’ve always arrived on site about 8-9pm. We’ve rarely encountered any traffic queues and getting through the gate was pretty hassle free and quiet. However this year, I able to arrive earlier. Actually anytime after midday. What is it like earlier in the afternoon? What are the roads like? What are the queues like at the gates etc. Please give me your thoughts on the best time to arrive to maximise my time on site on Wednesday, without queuing for ages, either on the roads or gate. We travel to the site from the West (M5) and usually use Gate D Thanks.
