Dispatched email recieved today, which'll be nice timing if they arrive by friday as I'm going down to London at the weekend and will be able to hand friend's tickets over instead of posting them - and beers will be mine! 🍺 🍺

Got my tickets! However in the same envolope got 2x extra tickets from people I have never met before; currently trying to contact SeeTickets on this but nothing back yet

 

Has anyone had this happen before, really worried that these people won't get their tickets or replacements in time

 

Also huge GDPR breaches from SeeTickets, quite poor!

That happened to a friend of mine way back in 2008 (his tickets arrived really close to the festival) he turned up on the Thursday and handed them to some stewards. (no idea if the people got in or not!)

Can't give the info out, feel really bad for the 2 people though - Don't want to send them out in the post directly to them as if they do go missing i'll be liable for £700 worth of tickets

Do they live near to you? - if so could drive them over?

Not a social media lover, but my best mate has found them however and messaged - nothing back

 

Around a 4 hour drive from my location so not ideal

 

Last thing I need to be stressing about 2 weeks out😅

As someone who has not had their tickets dispatched yet this gives me the fear!!

This has happened multiple times in the past couple of weeks. I've seen one person track them down on Facebook

I’m in the same position. Hard to say when really. The fact the tracker is only showing 62% makes me feel better. If it said 95% I’d be bricking it now. 


Luckily I’m in Bristol so I don’t NEED them for 2 weeks. Others with longer journeys aren’t in the same position.

 

Fingers crossed we all get sorted in plenty of time to set off!

Tbh if they were mine - I would drive the 4 hrs to you for my own sanity and peace of mind!

Yes someone on our spreadsheet had similar . Tracked the owners down on fb and sent them on

Seetickets should be on this immediately.  I’ve always reckoned they start the distribution of tickets too late and folk are left wondering where their precious tickets are less than two weeks before gates open. Probably it’s a security thing they leave it so late but that should mean they are more careful

Isn't it going to be tied into lead times?

 

Cancellation deadline was 9th May, so realistically the printing (or more specifically, the personalisation) of tickets couldn't start until w/c 12th May. They started posting them 2 weeks later.

Seen a few posts like this on Reddit too. As someone who's not had the email yet, this is not looking good.

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
