I think you're right and that it's 1% in Pennsylvania and 0.5% in Georgia.

Arizona is traditionally a Republican state and usually use more postal votes rather than in person when compared to other states in previous elections.

Yes, the thresholds vary by state - in most states there's an automatic recount triggered below a certain margin, and then candidates can request one up to another point.

GA is one of the few that doesn't have automatic recounts.
