The Big Moon have Rock Werchter listed on their tour dates for Thursday 1st July - which would make it next year rather than this year - and so it looks like they're back too ( https://www.thebigmoon.co.uk/)

Good news to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers confirmed in other festivals around Rock Werchter. Would be really surprised if they don't play there. I'd love to have Gorillaz - Red Hot - Placebo - Sum 41 - Yungblud...

Don't use bandsintown as self-confirmation. The dates are just adapted and literally every act is still on. And also some acts use bandsintown on their official tourpage which is also not really thrustworthy.

No they didn't. That festival moved their dates from the RW weekend to the beginning of june. Probably to have SOAD.

This makes them even more unlikely.

On facebook they explain why they changed to 2-5 june. SOAD is out for RW with this announcement I assume.

Pretty safe. The festival moved 4 weeks just for SOAD. Obviously they are not available on the RW weekend.

@Ken19 Can we expect names tomorrow? At least the schedule should be known right?
Acts like The Strokes, Placebo (or RHCP in case they will play there ofcourse) are already announced by some festivals, Rock Werchter should be able to confirm those to boost the ticket sale.
Or am I thinking too easy this way?

RW don't know for the moment which band play which day. We'll know later but not tomorrow. It's what they reply to my question.

They wouldn't tell you today, even if they plan to annouce day splits tomorrow.
