Interesting to note that the official account just retweeted Pilton Party. Perhaps it’s not as secret as it once was?

they can't really make up their mind, I think, because they'd prefer to sell it to locals but also want to sell it out.

I was asked to remove a post or two about it last year. Might still happen again this year.

I was worried it would sell out last year via the shop.  We arrived in Glastonbury at 7.30am and shop opened at 9.  The queue was massive and I thought no chance would this last till 6pm BUT they didnt sell out even for Liam.  No disrespect  to Wolf Alice or (Supergrass) but I'd be surprised if the queue will be anything like last year and I'm sure they will still have tickets at Pilton office on Monday.  In fact I wouldn't be surprised if they go online.

Queue nowhere near as long as last year. Was all around the car park last time and constantly getting longer - and it didn’t quite sell out on the day. This year turned up just after 10, half way up one side and took about 45 mins. Was a lot shorter than  two years ago than when’s Bastille played

Our tickets were numbered in the 800s and the queue was very short behind us when we left. The Extravaganza crowd may pick up some later but I would expect there will be a farm sale followed by online to shift the rest.

I got to the que about 9:15 , wasn’t to bad , ticket number in the very low 1000 ,

i think the capacity is 4000 , but I overheard a few people at the extravaganza que saying they picked up theirs on the way in ( so about 4pm ish )

Ticket numbers went given out in order. We were in the queue at 7.45 am. About  20 ahead of us. We got tickets 500 odd and 800 odd. The capacity last year was 7000.

definitely be sales online this year I reckon.

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
    • Easily my favourite set of the day.
