Bit shit that tbh

It’s really bland. I had kinda thought this’ll be the one. The area in Spain is apparently really nice and festival site looks great. Had looked at flights and accommodation as well but afraid there’s no way the line up justifies the cost of getting there.

Always wanted to go to BBK but line up seems to have dipped in quality last couple of years, same goes for NOS Alive. Mad Cool is winning so far.

3 days of MC have enough to keep me happy. Wednesday for me is a poor but the Thursday is spot on. The Fri and Sat I could get by with. NOS is dreadful this year. 2018 was awesome and went again this year. Wasn’t great but like the place. Couldn’t justify going again with next years line up. Holding off to see what RW offers but don’t want to be caught out if MC sells out quickly. Wish they’d all announce same time so we could pick most suitable one

    • Never too early to start discussing next year’s headliners right?   I’m not attending this year so thought I’d get the ball rolling as I saw Weezer have a new album out in August I’d expect them to do this or Slam Dunk next year. I mean they’re probably too big for this however I think they’re niche enough that they would maybe do it, it just depends on if the fee is a bit out of range for trees.    It’ll be the 20th anniversary next year so I’d expect some throwbacks and hopefully some big headliners/acts. James has already said he’s made a mad booking that you wouldn’t guess & I think he mentioned that he’s spent something like 80% of this years budget of next years top line already on last weeks 2 promoters 1 pod (Don’t quote me on that).    I reckon they’ll try for and get at least two (not all) of the following - Enter Shikari, AFI, Weezer, Sex Pistols Feat Frank Carter, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls
    • for some reason last night watched series one of Prey on Netflix.   if Legends was written by Timmy Mallet (see above) then Prey seems to have been made by Mr Blobby.   why are all these British crime dramas so sh*t?
    • It'll be all over various Seatfillers based upon previous years at Sandringham
    • The Jayhawks 2026 UK Tour    Sept 15 – Brighton – Corn Exchange  Sept 16 – London – Electric Ballroom Sept 17 – Manchester – Academy 2 Sept 18 – Glasgow – The Garage    For you ‘americana’ lovers. They have a great song book.
    • Weezer just announced a new album & US tour so could add them to the headliner pool. Imagine they’ll do this or trees
