Booked my flights!! A great moment. Always a bit dangerous to do it before securing annual leave, but I found a great price and went for it. Arriving into London on the Thursday before, leaving the Thursday afterwards. Get in.

Each day that the total gets closer to zero, the better it will look.  No extra titivation required!

Booked my train from Edinburgh to get to my Coach city in Liverpool.

Also coughed up £120 to get a National Express bus direct from Glastonbury back to Edinburgh on the Monday. Couldn't face missing my train on the Monday and having to stay on a sofa.

just booked off the Weds-Friday of Glastonbury week and the whole week after for recovery! (came back to work on the Thursday this year absolutely braindead, not making that mistake again).

If you keep improving at this rate you will be competing with Stanley Donwood to design the official art work for the festival.

I was thinking it looked quite similar to my early hat effort

Must admit I had thought that a career in hat design for  dotdash79 had crossed my mind!

Just bought my flights to London from New York, leaving June 18th and returning the Tuesday after the Festival. I'm so excited to be coming home, especially for this. 161 days to go....

I’ve removed the wristbands from the ribbon tower and added them to my pyramid cap to enable it to be worn as a separate entity if necessary ... I’ve lost far too many over the years :(

Looking  good!  All those years doing arts and crafts in primary and watching blue Peter have not gone to waste!

I’m on the team and I expect I’ll do the same kinda stuff. I’ll confirm in July.

Great tip! Thanks. Just bagged myself one of these! Been looking for a 4 berth I can stand upright in. Is also available at same price on Sports Direct website. You should repost in Camping Bargins spotted thread! 😁

Deleted message, because I am an idiot.

Being an idiot is my favourite part of the prep for Glastonbury ... it’s a warm up for the main event
