We only had 5000 in the resale so I think your numbers are way out. Low 100's at most wanting a refund post the May cut off.

I once saw a documentary called “face-off” where two people swapped faces, maybe that might work for people. 

 

But thinking about it they might have just said they swapped faces and pretended to be the other personality.

Well I'm a great believer of looking after your customers especially if they are old and infirm. I think that us oldies should have a better chance of getting tickets than you youngsters who have time enough to go when we are all dead. 

Christ stormzy will be able to do the legend slot so they won't have missed anything

Correct, I bought my wife a ticket on the day before the festival as she changed her mind. Not that long ago -2008!
