The booker for the Broadwick/Global events is/has been a freelancer so prob be ok and similar line ups to other events again, unless they go down a different route.

Given Count Of Ten also ran Truck among others and had a stake in Tramlines before Global got their hands on it, do we definitely know that it's just Y-Not that this new guy has taken over given he appears from Companies House records to have become sole director of the company and taken it back "independent" (the two remaining directors who resigned being the CEO and CFO of Global)? Feels like a risky thing to take over on the spot with a fully booked and sold festival less than two months away.

Its a guy called Jason Oakley through a newly incorporated business called JO Worldwide. I believe he as ties to Y Not and previously Count Of Ten and he's pals with the Count Of Ten/Y Not founders. Global is a lender to JO Worldwide. It could be a round about way of the founders acquiring the festival if they have a non-compete or similar clause after selling the events.

But as far as we know its solely Jason Oakley. I have a statement from Global that says as much.

I'd imagine so. Most festivals that don't allow them make it quite clear, and gazebos aren't on the prohibited list on their website

So they are relying on stewards and security to ensure no access to VIP and Field of Dreams to General ticket holders like in 2017?.   Let's hope they do a better job this year!
