I lost track. We have info that TBK are supposed to announce something this week? But there are no teasers from NOS, Mad Cool or Woodstock about smth happening today / tomorrow right?

At this point I don’t think anyone knows what’s gone wrong. 

We may look back on this in a month or twos time and say “wow we were all scared of nothing, NOS pulled out the best set of acts in all festivals of 2019” 

Who knows at this point, although it’s not looking great

I’m in Lisbon today for work and its heightening my anticipation for July so much.

I’m proper getting a bit nervous about the lack of line up news however. I’m alright with that being the final line up as long as everything’s actually going ahead haha

If MC announces anything today I wouldnt expect NOS to do the same. If that happens we are probably getting the same announcement tomorrow (TBK)

The Black Keys just announced a US tour in September with Modest Mouse. I imagine European shows will come tomorrow or start of next week...

If they have a full EU tour to announce, why would they for tomorrow. Makey no sense. A few festival announcements? Maybe!

Why are you all thinking Black Keys are playing some Euro festivals in 2019? The last thing i heard is that they are in the market for summer festivals 2020...  Not saying they won't play Mad Cool, Nos... But 2020 is a lot more logical.

(I thInk the suggestiOn of TBK came out because of the lack of healiners and the new single and US tour announcement)

Absolutely no idea, but like i said earlier in the RW topic, it is not the easiest year for the European summer festivals. It is a surprise for me that Florence isn't announced for a lot more festivals this summer for example. 

Maybe Nos Alive is doing something special like Arcade Fire & Radiohead in 2016. Both acts were also planned for the festivals in 2017.

You could say anyone from tame impala, Liam Gallagher, The Killers or George Ezra “could” turn up at NOS but it wouldn’t really justify the long wait...

Killers are in America on the 12th so although not impossible you’d think it would be very unlikely.

Could well be that. There’s no real big names that I can think of left to announce. If it turns out to be the likes of FATM I can’t see why it’s not announced yet

I think we could potentially expect to see a return of Father John Misty again this year, has a nice big gap in July and just a few European dates booked early August. 

Not the headliner were all waiting for but could be a nice edition?
