Already one step ahead with Co-Op and LN. It's going to be bloody. The Greasy Lake community seem convinced there will be drops down the line - and I'm sure there will be - but there will be virtually nothing coming south of three figures beyond this initial sale.

 

By dumb luck, I got the bottom price tier for Dublin and London this year. I'm already off to Milan next year on the same rung. This is more for my family, who I want to take - but they also always ask about ticket prices, and I know they'll feel uncomfortable accepting them as gifts if I've ended up bleeding more on them.

The fees amounting to £15% of the ticket price feels particularly egregious to me.

Billy Joel yesterday wasn't quite that high in percentage. Think it was 13%, pushing your £160 ticket up to £180 or so.

The usual I'd imagine, all the sales they've been involved in last few weeks have been completely normal for them, site sometimes crashes and sometimes doesn't, refreshing etc. I know people were moaning about them for Oasis and Coldplay but they just worked as they normally do, people just have less patience nowadays

My neighbours will attest to my plaintive wailing of An Innocent Man in the shower on occasion - thats an absolute banger of galactic proportions. Would love to see him but the dates and the venues aint fallen right just yet (and it keeps spiralling ever higher in cost too ffs)
