According Pearl Jam forum there will be a tour announcement for the UK/Europe on monday. It include 2 festivals......

The rumoured UK dates are 25 June Manchester and London on 28/29 June.

Think it would've needed to sell out by now for that to happen. Though equally aren't they playing shows on the 2 nights before doing CPB?
