I've had no Alt-J info, apart from the public klnowledge they're only available on Saturday.

Word i had long ago was hippodyhoppity headlining the Other on Saturday - and what Emily's said seems to bear that out.

Sorry hard to keep up with all he information that come and goes.

Hopefully it's still Saturday and the potential Radiohead clash is out the window

Could alt j be returning to the exact same slot as two years before like vampire weekend did in 2013?

them third down Pyramid Saturday would work... can't see why it wouldnt

Radiohead / The XX / The National / Stormzy

Foo Fighters / Biffy Clyro / Alt J / Lorde / Kaiser Chiefs / Craig David

Ed Sheeran / Katy Perry / Chic / Barry Gib / Emeli Sande

other headliners

Major Lazer, Royal Blood (sub)

BBK

Justice

(Also I know what I've done shh)

Given The National's position on the poster, I cannot see them being 3rd down on the Pyramid.

So that means one of:

  • Biffy Clyro
  • Alt-J
  • Katy Perry
  • The National
  • The XX
  • Major Lazer

aren't Pyramid sub/Other headliner...?

My money is on Major Lazer. If BBK are Sunday, though, I don't really know how this is all going to line up, clash-wise. Lot of overlap no matter how I rearrange.

As much as I love em, out of all those options (that we haven't already had info on such as Alt-J on Saturday, BBK headlining Other) The National seem like the weakest link and the most likely to be lower down the lineup imo

Radiohead, The xx, The National - Major Lazer
Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro - Alt-J
Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry - Boy Better Know

Seems low for them for sure but this could just be a case of them trying to fit in as many big acts as possible.

I know a lot of you don't like reading in to the positioning of the poster, but I still think all of the acts on the second row will be in featured positions on the lineup. The National won't sub BBK on the Other when they're the 5th name on that poster.

The idea has been floated before, but what about Katy Perry in the Sunday teatime slot?

It looks as if the positioning of the poster tells us the Other headline trio with Neil's tinkering, tho I may be speaking too soon if one of them isn't a headliner.

That'll surely be Gibb but I think Perry could easily play 3rd down. Bash out an hour of the hits on TV.

Aye she's definitely the act who would go down best during the daytime, and although she's a bigger deal than all that have come before her they do seem to have a habit of having a big female popstar third or fourth down the Pyramid one day. Third on either the Saturday or Sunday could work.

That is an absolutely unreal Saturday.

    • I think they mentioned it in one and interview that the concept of Passport is one thing that differentiates the Sziget from other festival and encourages to explore the site outside music stuff. I doubt they will get rid of it, they might just be late, like they are with everything else.
