there's been three albums this year that i've been insanely hyped for, and if LCD deliver later that'll be a fourth (and Brand New a fifth)

Yeah TLOP has loads of great tunes but as an album it's fucky because Yeezy thinks all of his tracks are great so it's about six songs too long.

But Frank, Radiohead, Avalanches, Kanye all in 2016. It's pretty much cleared the board of long-hyped albums.

Open it up in your music player, create a playlist and assemble TLOP with the Waves track list (the one he posted on insta and loads of people wrote on) and tell me that's not some A1 shit. Only let down is the album version of 30 Hours but you could persevere to replace that with the one he uploaded before the album and same with Wolves (sorry Frank).

 

But yeah, back to yer man, if he releases the album and says "it's not finished" I'll kick off.

Sounds like it should be 4am tomorrow if it does drop. Tempted to get up then and listen to it straight away. I need to be up and doing things at like 7 anyway so this is a nice reason to get up.

I'll check it out, not listened to Channel Orange since it dropped. Shame I'll either wait the 2 week exclusivity period out or get it by other means. I really do hate all this bollocks of exclusive streaming that Apple Music, Spotify and Tidal have started.

where've you got 4am from? will be nice to be able to listen as soon as i wake up (and have been able to obtain it...) but damn will i be jealous of all the people who got to listen several hours before me

People saying on Reddit that iTunes (and Apple Music) always updates at 11pm EST which is 4am here.

there's been no word from Frank's camp, and we pretty much only have the New York Times thing to go on, although somebody on reddit pointed out that Chance tweeted something (presumably lyrics) a year ago and has tweeted the same thing today, and they're thought to be from a song of Franks that he presumably features

so make of that what you will, but looks like a good indication that something is coming imo
