Could they actually be at Field Day? Like really really in 2016? If all these announcements are tied together then they have to be, otherwise they picked the wrong morning to announce.

That was my first thought too but surely not? LCD Soundsystem seemed to be a big headliner for Field Day nevermind Radiohead!

I hope not either way. At least with the others I might have a chance of being able to rally some friends before tickets go.

My post RE: this news in the Headliner thread is the only way I've found to adequately express how it's made me feel.

it's just really weird you know...Stanley Donwoodhave designed the poster event for 2 years running..so obviously the festival's relationship with the band is still good.. why would they headline a festival in Switzerland and not Glastonbury?

Surely the Eavis will choose them over Muse or Coldplay anyway since its been a long time since they last headline it.

This is the same Eavis who chose jay z and kings of leon over pink floyd remember.

    • I only camped in quiet camping once, it was the noisiest bit I've ever experienced! 🤣I think the problem is it's the first bit of the site you walk into and lots of people just dump themselves there! We camp in the top right of that map and find it pretty quiet, family/settlers' camping is very quiet apart from crying babies 😆
    • I didnt get mine until today so maybe they're being slow getting them out this time?  Either that or worth emailing them about it as ive seen theyve been able to sort it out according to other forums
