MP3 is your best bet for compatibility. I don't actually think I'll be able to tell the difference, but for Radiohead I thought I might as well get the best. I know how to convert to MP3 anyway, so seemed safest to get WAV.

I never bother judging an album after just one listen- usually the ones I didn't like at first I grow to love and vice versa

Anyone know when we're likely to find out what the two tracks on CD 2 of the special edition will be?  Think I would have probably been more likely to pick it up if it were a case of standard vs heavyweight vinyl and a higher number of additional tracks, as with In Rainbows but I'm still curious.

This and especially with Radiohead, their albums always take multiple listens before I get right into them.

Likewise.   It sounds pretty good, aye but how anyone can make sweeping proclamations of its greatness is beyond me.

i rarely find that to be honest, although obviously perceptions do constantly change to a lesser extent. the numbers is good too. nice run of tracks this from glass eyes onwards, actually.

I said it after hearing Daydreaming, and I'll say it again after The Numbers - the strings are giving a very Beatle-y feel to this album. Being a massively mark for the Beatles this is an extremely positive thing.

Personally, I find music like Radiohead impossible to digest on the first listen. I didn't like Burn the Witch or Daydreaming when they were dropped, but they've grown hugely on me. Probably have a good twenty listens on both songs so far and I haven't grown bored. I'm assuming the same for the rest of the album.
