Had to queue outside Virginia Records on Market St for the GMEX tickets. Was funny watching people go to work in the morning while there was a huge queue with all load people on the pop and smoking draw. It was freezing as well.

The Maine Rd one was better. I was near the front of the queue and had a sleeping bag. It was round about this time of year 20 years ago exactly. How times have changed. Now you get charged for printing the ticket off yourself at home.

Managed to get Friday tickets on See, somehow got it done before it had even hit 9.01! Roundhouse website sent me straight to 2000 odd in the queue.

Got Thursday!!! Three laptops and three mobile devices required but got Thursday!! Did it through gigsandtours while ticketmaster was saying they had already sold out!

Twice got dumped to the back of the roundhouse queue system after at one point being around 200 at 8.59.

Was just about to give up hope, seetickets, ticketmaster and gigsandtour all gone.. refreshed the Roudhouse page out of frustration (was thousands back in the queue)... and boom! Straight to the booking page! Two standing tickets for Friday night!

Have your credit card ready to copy and paste, have one friend trying one day and another the other day if you want to go two nights, open multiple tabs and just attack the page, close and reopen any tab that looks like it's not responding...

Also if you're in Northern England/Scotland consider whether you want to go to Amsterdam instead. Will be a bit easier to get tickets, first night of the tour and considering tickets are £15 cheaper probably will come to a similar amount with transport and accomm. 

For the Amsterdam waste sale, tickets were still available at 0930 (as that's when I got my Friday tickets).

why does the roundhouse queueing system show your what position you're in if it's gonna constantly switch between being almost next in line to 9000th?

Seetickets, gigs and tours and ticketmaster all saysing unavailable. They seem to have hardly any allocation as ticketmaster has said that from the start.

I jumped from the low 2000s to about 500th in the Roundhouse queue, but I'm not optimistic they'll be any tickets left when I reach the front.

I was number 2000 in the roundhouse website so I switched to trying seetickets as I thought that would be easier, should have stayed
