i love the thought of you just emailing some address from years ago: "hey, remember me? you.. you told me stuff about Radiohead? any chance you could do that again for me? thanks.. your buddy Neil. p.s. sorry it's been 7 years"

you're closer than you might realise.

To echo FloorFiller's post - it's basically looking like Glastonbury or Latitude. Given they've played so few UK shows recently, I'd like to think they wouldn't swerve us again.

Let's hope they announce some US shows over Latitude weekend!

Radiohead LCD Soundsystem clash would have me watching with interest as these boards self-implode while I hope for a PJ Harvey park, Van Morrison Acoustic or last shadow puppets JPT headline slot to give me something to watch. (Not that I really think any of those will happen).

 I'd be up t'park :)

Yup. It's then about availability, fee, etc, etc. And it seems more likely than not that it would happen.

Hey, as this is the Radiohead thread and we're talking Muse, wouldn't it be appropriate to suggest Muse subbing Radiohead, given the 'clones' comparison of old? :P

It's drones, Neil, not clones.

That'd be the worst set of clashes for me. Would want to see them all.

    • Yeh, the quiet camping also seems to be on the same side (broadly) as the bits of the festival that go on the latest (Far Out / Chai Waalahs / RTT until 4am). We're always in Tangerine Fields which is right behind the main stage and as soon as that and Rising Stage are done it's pretty quiet (midnight onwards) which I'd guess is pretty similar if you can hack taking all your gear from the car past the big tree in the middle and into the campsites that side.
    • Can't see Bimble line up anywhere - am I being dense and missing an obvious release somewhere?
    • Not expecting a tour imminently but Peter Gabriel would fit the vibes magnificently.
    • I have but a very long time ago and can remember nothing about it at all. Which I suppose is a review of sorts
    • Addison Rae has 33m instagram followers, Slayyyter 667k. Also 15 to 7,5 million spotify listeners with Addison's last release being more than a year ago. Obviously these metrics aren't everything, but still there is a big gap in popularity between the two.
