Won't be opening Other I don't think, I could understand last year to preview some of the new stuff maybe not, its not really that type of show. Its odd, as you'd think if they wasn't doing it they would just outright say no.

and as for Reading/Leeds I'd imagine they would be last on at least one night. (Most likely Reading, as its their "home" festival).

I am going go with it means nothing :P

 

Edit: Quick thought on the emoji, if you turn it 90 degrees (and some people do this), its almost the shifty eye one  : - | . Wiki has :-|| as an angry face, but its also in a referenced with some others ( :-P :-O |:3ミ :-> 8-< :-) :-< :( :-( :) :| :-| ) but follows to dead link.

so not an exclusive to R/L which a lot of people thought would happen which is surprising. surely puts them in the frame for Glastonbury (unless there are any other festivals i'm forgetting about - TITP is also an option i know, but i assume they would've had them down as an English exclusive if that was it). Pyramid sub for sure, under Muse you'd imagine

Someone had told us they were playing, but I found that hard to believe as I knew they were headlining R/L and R/L almost always has their headliners locked down.

Now we know for sure that they';re not tied down to just R/L, I have a bit more belief in the idea that they might be playing the farm.

i thought the SR might purely be down to the no exclusive thing, but this is even better. good news!

I'm not sure tbh, because if Disclosure are to play, they would surely headline the other stage? Foals might be the same. 

They seem to have more prospect as future festival headliners, which would make me think pyramid sub is more likely
