Sadly we'll probably be waiting until around mid May for things to get really busy!

We will indeed.

However, the pyramid stage was getting dressed this time last year. Just checked my phone and it was in fact a year ago yesterday I went for a wonder on site and the old girl had two sides on!

Did you see anything???

Did you see the pink and luminous shirts streak passed the Pyramid on the webcam? No, because we were running that fast! ...............or answer B.........

Anyways, they are repairing culverts in the area of the new JP field. Nothing doing at the Pyramid. There are those large black tanks that always appear near the long drops by the Pyramid. Not sure what they are...water containers??

Loads of cut wood piled near the railway and Goose Hall/Williams Green - now that smelt gorgeous the other day as it had rained earlier in the day and the piles were gently steaming in the sun. There are loads of water cubes at the back of Williams Green field.

Monday it was surface mud, trainers and legs splashed, light smell of cows etc. Last night the the trainers came back dusty. Most of the walkways were dry.

You can edit the URL here:

The format is

https://panodata2.panomax.com/cams/879/yyyy/mm/dd/hh-mm-00_default.jpg

The hours/minutes appear to be in 15 minute blocks during they daytime then...less than that at night.

For example here is 27th June at 2:15pm

https://panodata2.panomax.com/cams/879/2015/06/27/14-15-00_default.jpg

Just been playing with this, the webcam seems to be updating every 10 mins at the moment in the light.

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but the recent_full image is significantly larger than the specific 'date/time' ones which is a shame.

recent_full: 9162 × 1848 pixels
date/time: 3966 × 800 pixels

Changing default to full on the date/time ones doesn't work. We be good to get the larger images of historic dates/times.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
