Ah fair enough. Yeah New Born is brilliant live (although it went through a phase of being played at a lower tempo which was shite) and I'd like them to play it.

Muse and 'slower tempo' doesnt quite sound right too me. But thats because 90% of the songs are like are the fast, hard hitting songs

Muscle Museum, Unintended, New Born, Bliss, Citizen Erased, Plug In Baby, Feeling Good, Time is Running Out, Stockholm Syndrome, Hysteria, Butterflies and Hurricanes, Time Is Running Out, Starlight, Supermassive Black Hole, Knights of Cydonia, Uprising, Supremacy, Madness, Psycho, Dead Inside.

I'd add a few more rarer songs in there, but shuffle that around and you'd have a pretty decent career-spanning setlist. Probably too heavy on the first few albums for it to be realistic, though :(

not a popular song on these forums i don't think :P Matt and that bloody megaphone

i would give a list of songs they should cut and add but i'd just end up with a list of songs from the first four albums and that's it. forever grateful i saw them on the BH&R tour

If they literally just played off of their 1st 3, discounting Showbiz then I'd be there for sure, but the more after the less decent it'll be.

In reference to the Muse setlist discussion which I am late to, I'll give a go at what my perfect setlist would be.

Pyscho
New Born
Reapers
Supermassive Black Hole
Munich Jam
Plug In Baby
Resistance
TIRO
Citizen Erased
The 2nd Law: Unsustainable
Stockholm Syndrome
Apocalypse Please
MOTP
Hysteria
Bliss
Uprising
Dead Inside
The Handler
Starlight

*EDIT: I say perfect - this is a blend of what I'd love to see / what would be classed as a festival lineup that includes a lot of crowd pleasers.

It's been 10 years of since Muse released anything decent and 13 years since they released anything good :(. The last good Muse album was closer to my birth than the present day </3

Whoa now, BH&H is a fantastic album in hindsight. But yeah, everything since has been utter pish to varying degrees

Is there no chance of Macca playing?

I have never seen him and every time he has toured, it feels like I was in the middle of exams.

if only!

But supposedly Micheal Eavis said the other year that he thinks McCartney's voice is shot (which is complete nonsense of course), so it seems unlikely that he'd play again.
