Yeah it was much bigger lol, of the 6 people I was with only 2 of us knew who RTJ were. The other 4 spent their set outside smoking

Decided to get some last minute. Should be good. Sold out already though so if these dates were them testing the water then they can do much more later in the year.

Yep I think the speed of that sell out shows they could pretty comfortably do some bigger venues. Brixton would've made more sense to be honest but maybe it's booked up, or maybe they've got another big London festival booking that doesn't want the competition.

Decided against getting tickets for this as I'll already be seeing them at Primavera/hopefully Glastonbury and I'm holding out for the unlikely outcome of them playing Liverpool on their bigger tour

Managed to get 4 (we were after 8) for The Roundhouse. Sold out so quickly! 

Deffo think an academy tour is on the cards later this year.

Just checked and I don't follow them actually. Id've assumed the same. I listen to them lots though so wonder if they can pull analytics based on amount you listen to them? They seem to be doing more of this with the end of year top listened to songs etc.

Well I've bought stuff from their actual online store, and am on their mailing list and I didn't get a bloody email!

I don't follow any artists on there but have had a few of the emails recently (RTJ/The XX/A Tribe Called Quest).

Think it just goes off how much you've listened to them.

RTJ3 vinyl is being sold new on Music Magpie for £10.69 at the moment if anyone wants to pick it up.

Great spot, thanks for that! Looks like they've they've priced the vinyl and the CD the wrong way round, 25.79 for the CD. 

Also thanks to whoever posted the Manchester presale code the other day, have made use of both, love this forum sometimes!

Yeah I just spotted that after buying the vinyl thinking, that's too good to be true. Surely they have to honour it though right?

Yeah, you'd think so. It doesn't mention format on the confirmation email or on the order history on their site though so I've gone back and taken photos of the pages with the price and vinyl label on in case they try to get out of it!
