Wow these forecasts are exciting. Dry Wednesday and Thursday is most important for me. I think the only time it hasn't rained on Thursday for me was 2010!

I'd never wear flip flops round the site though. My friend sliced her foot open on a rock that way. Just saying. Trainers when out and about for me!

If we are looking at 30 degrees and 2010 again, I am genuinely fearing ending up in hospital or its going to need to be a sober one over the weekend.

I am fucking fuming. Please can those temps drop a little bit?!

Edit: if Briddj prediction of 21/23 comes true, I can deal with that. 23 is a bit warmer than I'd want, but I can deal with it.

Now showing 24 for the Friday... I agree it doesn't want to be any higher as 24 would be the temp in the shade.

The Norwegians reckon 2.1mm rain all festival. I'd be amazed if we didn't get a bit more than that.

Hopefully our ladies national football team don't beat them tonight then, and they start plotting weather forecast related revenge against us!!!

Peace talks have taken place with Norway and the Norweigians are now our friends. We have decided to unite against the common enemy, the judean's people's front (AKA The Mirror).

You mean the people's judean front, right?!

Aptly named, Wetter is the only site forecasting more than 5mm of rain over the course of the festival. The average is a tiny 1.6mm, which is lower than it was at this stage in 2013.

Great stuff Pedmills .. Thanks for all your work these past couple of weeks!

Can we not average out the 'Wetter' forecast with the all new 'Drier' forecast - a self created forecast brought to you by a team of efestiavls weather experts, who predict that there will be 0.0mm of rain across the festival?

    • Go on then, who's going to win? I'm going for France...
    • They’re even making AdP craft beers now. Nice IPAs too.
    • I don't think a whole raft of attendees who've been going every year since the mid 90s and mid 10s collectively all thinking the festival is no longer for us suggests we've all aged out of it at the same time. Something fundamental has changed and its pretty obvious what that is. The fact that theyve managed to skinny down the line up so much AND STILL get punters in is a real credit to the bookers, filling it with enough of the current thing to get the kids excited for a weekend while pulling in enough big names to make it worth a day out for the casual Florence fan etc... is impresive. Re Leeds: Annecdotally, from videos, numbers have looked tiny vs Reading, esp on the camping end of things, it would be good to know the official numbers and how much they're down from the peak sell out years
