Anyone who likes wildlife might want to fill this in - I know you might be fibbing a bit - as 24 hours after the election result here we go already........ the people who commission this want to kill all the boar in the area.

http://fodboar.co.uk/

If you did fancy completing it in a a positive way the boar would appreciate it - and you can fill it in as many times as you want!!!!!!

Evening all :)

Our plan to walk the Gruffalo trail today went out the window, as one of the couple we were meeting has an interview tomorrow, and needed to prepare. Instead we headed down to West Bay, had a walk along the beach, chips on the prom, bimbled around an antiques market and said hello to some lobsters! Now back home with a sleeping boy, a toad-in-the-hole in the oven, a glass of wine and Counting Crows playing. Ready to slump very soon!

Evening Party Peeps! Had a lovely time with the granny. Have been stuffed to the gills with biscuits and food. AND she had jelly and ice cream for us! I was jumping up and down I was so happy. Was so lovely to see her after such a long long time. Need to get the car legal again so I can go and see her more often. :D

Hi NFR lovelies

Well, what a whistle stop weekend...it has flown by...

So, I ran my first 'competitive' run today. A very up and downy 10km...and I came 17th out of 311!

I ran far too hard at the beginning, lured into it by a ridiculous competitive personality ('I can keep up with him...i CAN!'), and subsequently died in the second half. I genuinely thought I was going to hurl in the last mile or so. Anyway, lesson learned...

Then we went out delivering Christian Aid envelopes (I'm the kindest atheist you'll meet...I'll tell you the story another time!), before ironing, vacuuming and collapsing. Early to bed as I am on a long day tomorrow, which hopefully will be better than Friday, which ended with a horrible case that will likely be my second baby murder in 6 weeks...:(

Man, there are some awful people in the world, aren't there...?

Anyway, I'm still chirpy, if a bit pooped, so sleep tight, smashing people.

Brilliant, happy for you!

Evening all, we've been walking, eating and drinking too this weekend, in Derbyshire. Lovely countryside down there.

That sounds like a brilliant reunion after such a long time, HMV. Nice that the crap with your Dad needn't spoil this relationship.

Made up for you.

:)

Well, she and I will keep fighting the good fight, CJ, that's for sure.

Ben

And I will keep the horrible bar stewards locked up to protect all the vulnerable out there. After 18 years doing this job I still can't believe people!!

It is lovely to be talking on here to such lovely people.

If I could multi quote I would single out Ben, carlosj and Curlygirl for special mentions.

Btw everyone else is lovely as well.

Ah cheers Slodge!! Don't know what I've said but I'll take the special mention
