Should you get a confirmation ticket if someone else pays the balance for you? My friend paid for all of our group and I've not had anything through

I think the person that paid will initially get a confirmation email 5 minutes after. Then within the next hour all the individuals who were paid for (including the lead Booker again) will get a different email

Wouldn't payment issues be See Tickets' problem? If people are having issues all the Festival will do is direct them to See.
