Why hasn't Paul McCartney been mentioned more? Surely it fits the bill of "He's definitely British, but the band are not British any more" as well as a non-rock headliner. He's also playing Roskilde festival the week after so he's doing the big festivals.

He is a European exclusive to them

I'm probably one of minority, but if prince was announced as the final headliner and i hadn't got tickets (i have a ticket anyway) i'd be less tempted. but hey ho. i hope the lineups announced soon! pretty gutted my favourite band blur are headlining iow instead of glasto. it's weird this headliner because you really can't predict it. i just know its going to be someone huge. i don't think F&TM is by any means worthy of that headline slot, yet. maybe next year after a big tour. Foals on the other hand, skeptical. I think they will be headliners also in the near future, but if they had anything on this year other than i few festivals around the world i think they'd be a fair shout.

It would have to be a massive headliner for me to compensate for blur not headlining (not like any of them owe me anything) or there won't be 10000000000 other things for me to do at that time. but come on, release the lineup, its making me anxious.

This post makes no sense, its my first post. Go easy on me!

Or Viet Cong (which, admittedly, has upset some people).

Edit: This is in response to Winslow/Scruffy

    • No dramas man, I just like to follow others journeys as well. Get the inspiration, give out inspiration and the outdoors is the clear the head place to do it. I'm heading out for a easy trail run today I think, 10k- 10 mile we'll see how we go. I've got a half marathon in October I'm well unprepared for hahs
    • The Cheap Thrills at Mountford Hall, Liverpool.    They've been around for a while and have built up a large local following. Last night was their biggest yet, at a sold out 2,200 capacity venue.    It was a big old joyous, indie singalong from start to finish, the band clearly having the time of their lives. The debut album is out next month and they seem to be going down well on the festival circuit, maybe their time has finally come.   2 supports, I unfortunately missed Credits but the few songs they have on Spotify sound good, Americana vibes. The other was M60, reportedly Gary Neville's favourite band. If that's true, he's as clueless about music as he is football. To be fair, their sound was poor, maybe with a clearer sound they'd have been better but it was pretty dull.
    • I can see them all merging along with the Tory’s . Restore curently couldn’t muster enough candidates to be a viable option . I lasted 4 mins and couldn’t watch any more . Lowe is just dull along with racist
