Where is Mike99?

I know it has been mentioned in a couple of recent threads but Mike99 has been conspicuous by his absence recently. Unlike his usual practice of regularly commenting on posts and bumping up his food with pictures thread he hasn't been on here since July. And although he might not be everyone's cup of tea, I quite like to see him here as he seemed part of the furniture and I think there maybe a few other folk missing him. So can anyone shed a bit of light on his whereabouts or at least let us know if he is ok?

I'd guess that he probably fired off at Neil somewhere and Neil was fed up of him.

Pure speculation of course though, but I was thinking about this the other week haha.

I often wondered whether Mike99 was Neil's alter ego and a vehicle to stir up a discussion. Neil has always denied this but at Glastonbury meets I've never seen both Neil and Mike99 standing alongside each other.

Off to study Mike99's posts to reveal his identity. I kind of want it to turn out that is all of us like at at the end of V for Vendetta, everyone is V.

An identity was revelaed but I can't remember who it was who came up with it, so no chance really of finding the post. I'm not sure of it was correct, but it certainly made some sense.

I can't remember what the username is of the guy who sussed it, so I can't help with that (I know his real name tho).

But as far as i remember, he speculated on here about mike being a particular person from what mike had posted, and later on - via a photo or two, and being in the same place as mike on one or more occasions - he managed to fully establish that mike was who he'd speculated he was.
