I'm struggling to see how Daft Punk would set up to play. Surely they can't use the Alive tour template. I was under the impression the new album would be a live band sort of deal. I personally think the older material would sound/look pretty poo being played by a band. Any thoughts?

i don't rate that performance at all. i don't know why but Pharrell really pisses me off these days - maybe it's his dominance over music in 2013 despite seemingly doing very little. will be interesting to see how Daft Punk do translate the new albums songs in a full live environment (if they ever do, that is - the later they leave it the weirder it'll seem touring the album)
