2011 was the best in the arena for sure. You could get from stage to stage a lot easier but 2011 was still a much stronger bill than what we've got so far (in fairness, lots of the same big bands played!). Wonder if Download will be holdingh some 'competitions' nearer the date to bump up the numbers?

Staind! Really happy if they are true, one of my bucket list bands that I've never seen. They helped get me through and warm and sandy time just after 9/11.

Not happy with Opeth and Trivium headlining although if this means a clash with the "special guests" that might not be so bad.

But wouldn't LoG against LP be popular. LP clashing with SQ doesn't appear to be popular a clash as a few people don't want to see either so LoG would be a better shout

But quo are too big to sub and log are too small to headline. Not saying that thing is correct but using lamb of gods placing as reason why it wrong doesn't hold up in my opinion

I was hoping for ffdp in lamb of gods spot and seether in good charlottes. For this reason alone I hope its fake. I'm happy with cooper and within temptation though.

Would have thought Download will drop the price of tickets.. 170 quid for weekend camping? Least they could do.... Cant charge the same amount for 2014 as they did for last years insane line-up. Doubt i'll be going this year, might try my luck abroad
