Alkaline Trio have just announced a July UK tour which will seemingly rule them out of Trees.

The Descendants are in Europe around July. I heard they were apparently booked to headline for one of the cancelled Covid years FWIW.

I dont think Better Lovers will headline, my guess is they'll sub ala ESB this year. I'm expecting SFTP to be announced after this tour is wrapped up.

KIGH headlining the Axiom & SFTP headlining the Cave (subbed by Better Lovers) is my guess.

They supported TGA in the past so I'd say it's fairly likely (if TGA get a say in who subs them at Trees?)

I really hope the Trees bookers pull the trigger on The Menzingers and give them a headline spot. Their last tour saw them play bigger rooms than Thrice did on their last run & the crowd/reception they received last time headlining The Cave was insane.

Completely on board with this. After Slam Dunk last week a quieter affair with less queues will be very welcome. I absolutely dread to think what Download is going to be like this year (the fact it's totally sold out for the first time ever might be why Trees isn't selling as strongly).

Yeah, there certainly seems to be mixed messages. The posts are either about tickets running out die to high demand or offering discounts. Screw buying early again, could've saved a bundle.

@justanothernameGood post....given they're offering £50 off weekend tickets I think the reaction to the changes we saw last year are being noticed. We had a great time fwiw but it didn't feel like Trees
