2013 Lineup

For Reading this is, Friday is amazing, a brilliant day, Saturday is decent enough, Main has some good acts on during day and Lock up is interesting and NME has a couple. But Sunday, my god Sunday is fucking woeful. NIN, Editors and thats it, yeah sure i'll do a mix of Knife Party, Phoenix and Biffy but none excite me as a finish to the fest. City and Colour are decent during the day mind.

Regardless knife party has elements of dubstep, not that it matters. Would have loved to see KP, but i can't miss biffy.

They describe themselves as Electro House....it's not dubstep in the slightest, though some of it shares similarities with the abomination that is Skrillex's version of dubstep.

i don't know many people who actually like dubstep, but maybe that's just me. Really wish there had been a good house DJ there, especially as there's the opportunity due to creamfields being the same weekend. But that's only a minor complaint.

Really chuffed with the FR, especially the friday. Think it's good on Saturday too, British Sea Power are excellent, as is the NME and Main. But Sunday is weak everywhere.

Dubstep is alright if done well, its just one of the easier music genres to take the piss out of

Magnetic Man are pretty good on record, bit disappointing when I saw them at Hackney last year, although that could've been done to the C&S twats in the crowd...

It's in Q Magazine apparently, 3rd May is exactly a week today so I'd expect an announcement Tuesday-ish if it's definite.
