Bullet For My Valentine are playing Belsonic the Monday after Reading with Bring Me The Horizon, does this make them likely to play again? I know their at Download but bands have played both Download & Reading in the same year before.

If bullet do play(I cant see it myself) the nme headliners could be bulley, alt-j and suede.

pretty good selection in my opinion. theres something new, something older and something heavier. then a biggish dance act headlining the dance tent rather than nme.

Hmm, I think Jake Bugg subbing the NME on Saturday makes NIN less likely to be that day. Although, I was struggling to think of a heavier band to sub to them, so maybe they had to plump for a more indie act. MBV still possible though I hope.

Anyway. Alt-J opposite Eminem would be awful for me, hopefully the FR would offer a good alternative if that was the case.

primal scream are a damn annoying band, I must of seen them 10-15 times down the years at gigs and festivals. on occasions they have been mind blowing, other times have been awful and another time being full of the wrong attitude.

I'm yet to see them myself but I've heard that from a number of people... I still think suede into Primal Scream would be a strong booking though. I'm not sure Suede would have the pull to headline the nme anymore, but I may be wrong.
