no one can get right what hasn't been booked.

In the words of someone who knows only last week "... they've not booked anyone".

Those words are a bit of an over-statement (cos at least one headliner is booked), but things haven't progressed as much as some people are thinking.

You do realise the sound city players are just a name given to a group of musicians that made album/s on that particular board in the studio (that appear in the documentary) brought together bu Grohl. Just because Nicks is touring doesnt mean they wont do anything. They are supposedly announcing dates for a tour. Its not forced to be the same musicians on each date of tour

Saying all that unlikely for glasto yes

Speaking of Feetwood Mac, detaisl of their UK tour price have just been announced, prices for Manchester start at £137.50 (£125.00 Ticket + £12.50 Fees). Not quite in the Rolling Stones ballpark but still steep

Agreed. And Fleetwood Mac aren't playing anywhere on the Friday night so Stevie can fly over for that! Ha ha. Or, of course, Grohl can just phone up another of his celeb mates and get them on board to replace her. Maybe Adele could try out the headline slot as a guest, The Edge style?!

I mentioned them in jest, but the more I think about what is basically the Foo Fighters playing with numerous star guests, both their own material and other people's, the more I think it would be amazing...

biffy announced as R&L headliner.

does this decrease their chances of being at glasto? i swear i saw a tweet from them the other day to say they'd been booked for two massive festivals.

i thought they smashed the last festival.
