Any names that you all think will turn up in the remaining 50?

I think all of Florence Road, Westside Cowboy, Maruja, Just Mustard, Getdown Services and Villanelle are likely on the slope this time which would be a great start.

Also still expecting the likes of Viagra Boys, Soft Play, The Reytons, The Royston Club and English Teacher to appear over other stages too

I think everyone that you have mentioned there I would put in the 'highly likely' category. Looking at some festivals around I wouldn't be surprised to see Don Broco, White Lies, The Lottery Winners, Gurriers, Venus Grrrls and South Arcade making appearances across the stages

Yeah can certainly see White Lies and Lottery Winners too.   Another I want are Floodlights but haven’t seen them announced for anything yet

Floodlights are announced for Openair St. Gallen in Switzerland end of June. So hopefully at Rock Werchter as well...

Maruja on the Slope would go down incredibly well, and Gurriers went down so well in '25 they'd be great to have back. White Lies would fit with the 2000s nostalgia of the Thursday nicely.

Maruja are very likely to be making up for their Pukkelpop cancellation, doesn't necessarily rule them out for RW but makes it less likely them being there. Think Getdown Services will be at Pukkelpop too.

shame. both are two of my favourite live touring acts at the moment.

I might be doing 2 + 2 and coming up with 4000 here; but yesterday they posted an Insta post detailing all the acts for Thursday, today they've done all the acts for Friday...

Imagine Saturday follows tomorrow and then Sunday on Thursday. It feels far too early but do we think this is going to result in a little batch of names at the end of the week? Would love for them to bring back the 6 names a week at Friday 3/4pm.

No idea, it does seem to be very quiet and we already have a big bunch of names. Would it be any benefit to anyone announcing more names at this stage? January is always financial ruin for me, it's not like a couple of slope names would entice me to spend £300+ if I hadn't already made my mind up

I’m liking your logic and hoping you’re right but I think they’ll hold out a bit longer now due to the higher amount of acts they’ve already announced.

Last  year it was 20 (07/02), the slope (18/02) and then 23 (04/03) so maybe they’ll just wait till the slope and then the final batch (personally I’d do 16, the slope and then he’s the final 10 and times)

Funny, I concluded the opposite: that they must be "recycling" content (=names) because they DON'T plan on posting any "new" content soon.

I do like the optimistic approach tho 🙂

I know this is predominantly a rock festival but who do we think the dance names will be this year. Very jealous of last years acts. Rufus du sol, overmono and Barry can’t swim all played and are my favs. Who’s looking likely this year?

Well I guess so far there’s the likes of The Prodigy, Moby, Mogwai and Paul Kalkbrenner as the dancier options.  Sure something else will appear too.  There’s also the tower of jupiler which although not the big names had some good stuff going on (the surprise last year was very cool tbf with Dimitri Vegas).  Would be good if they did something like that again

Still hoping for Swimming Paul, Tinlicker, Natascha Polké, Ben Böhmer, Jan Blomqvist, WhoMadeWho and Empire of the Sun... 🫶
