Had a go, but I think it's still kind of way off. Will definitely be updating it as we find out more information:

If this is how it turns out to be, for the first time ever I will be spending a lot of time at the Park.

Don't think Self Esteem will play the Park though, doesn't fit right for me.

What do we reckon Snow patrol being that slightly bigger act on the Other opposite the legend? Like Fontaines and James in previous years?

That's not a bad shout. I'd honestly thought fourth down Pyramid in the Keane slot would have been primetime, but it looks like The Script got that nod.

They'll just do an hour either way and you can pretty much figure it out before they even strike a note. If they lock in, it'll be a nice singalong.

Nice alternative to Rod Stewart for me. Libertines another potential for that spot if there isn't info for a different one for them

Oh and The Script are excellent live, saw them at V one time and it was a huge singalong

    • Primavera refunding day tickets which are probably a negligible percentage of attendees yesterday.
    • Thursday day tickets being refunded. Fair play.
    • I’ve had a good sleep and I feel weirdly zen about the whole thing.   My first Primavera, so not the greatest first impression. I guess today couldn’t be any worse, right?   Thoroughly enjoyed Men I Trust and Geese. Cupra is a beautiful stage and the crowd seemed fun, friendly and engaged.   I think it probably could have gone even worse, considering how dangerous the crowding felt at times.   Anyway, we go again.
    • Brighton centre is a weird old venue for the Mary Wallopers - a great band, a really good live spectacle, and its a saturday night as well which sets it all up - but its at the bloody Centre? a charmless nonsense of a conference centre? Brighton dome is a ten min walk away and is so much nicer a place to see bands its ridiculous!    ah well, i'll probably mosy along anyways . . .
    • So bad honestly. I get that bad weather happens but their communication was non existent. When you're managing crowds of tens of thousands of people, it's just not good enough. I left when Massive Attack was cancelled (the first time) and it genuinely did feel unsafe trying to get out. No one knew what was going on, people still sitting in the ground when there were hoards of people trying to leave, no crowd management at all...   I've been to PS enough times to know sometimes you need to just roll with it but this was way worse than "the bar queue was 30 minutes long".    Today will be better but still feel super disappointed.
