Chase and f**king Status announced for APE on Pukkelpop Saturday, along with Sammy Virji, Overmono and Nia Archives. Can definitely see Sammy Virji getting booked and a very good chance that C&FS will be there too.

Top down very nice first announcements incoming. Will sell out very fast. I expect faster than last year. Which is not good news for the complete line up, also like last year.

Without naming names, is there anything that will be a bit of a surprise on the line up? Anything that's not been mentioned yet or is it pretty much what we all know will be announced. 

 

And is it a decent sub for QOTSA or something weak like Papa Roach?

Besides QOSTA , I also believe in Vampire Weekend there.

I'm starting to think we may get all four of Post Malone, Chappell, Charli and QOTSA as an afterthought given the comments that the organisers assumed they'd be unavailable. This would like Ken says, be at the detriment to the undercard and if it were to happen then there might not be the calibre of bands we've been talking about (Khruangbin, Justice, VW etc)

Good point, didn't see that date. Odd to have the 3 day gap given the closeness of Austria to Slovakia, and Frequency have moved their dates to accomodate him.

Have Lowlands confirmed what day they will be announcing? Guessing it will be Tues or Weds and they always do a first drop of about 25/30 names.

As there's so much overlap between the two, wondering if PKP will go with the usual headliner a day on Tues/Weds/Thurs followed by a bigger announcement on Fri, or just give us a bunch all in one go on Tues? There's a danger the 'surprise' of the undercard will be spoilt if they wait until Friday to announce them but tbf, we probably know most of the bands in the running anyway.
