Yeah but these acts might just prefer to play their own stadium dates. Although indeed PJ and the Stones have both done BST HP in the past, as have the likes of Green Day, The Killers and The Strokes.

Yes but that was because of a fan backlash over the insane pricing. I thought Pearl Jam might play BST this year as some kind of redemption gig but it looks like the “legends” in general want to do their own stadium shows rather than Festivals.

Yeah I’ve said on a few forums now but booking these massive stadium acts seems a thing of the past for festivals now.

I took my youngest daughter to see Stray Kids last year and she loved it. She’s hoping for another kpop act this year

I guess if they announce Olivia it kinda confirms she is likely at Glastonbury.

 

I was half expecting Fender to get announced for this as it must be on his bucket list. Saw him open the main stage on the unbranded Bob Dylan/Neil Young (BST) date. It must be on his radar to come back one day and headline a show.

 

I  agrea with others the lineups have changed dramatically over the last years from what they used to be.

I think Olivia will be at both but Fender to be BST exclusive festival show.

i guess Fender was originally being held back till post tour announcement, not that it matters anymore
