Yup, people willing to fork out huge amounts. Although in fairness it’s a great show and if you have that type of money it’s worth it I guess 🤷🏼‍♂️

Also, if anyone hasn’t got to a show on this tour yet and misses out they’ll be kicking themselves if it turns out there are no more after this.

Equally , surely, by next year, if there are more dates, it will all be a bit passé by then? 🙂 Live 25 or go home!

Apparently tickets keep appearing under the code - if anyone's trying begging please grab 1 extra standing 🙏

Happy to sort out the payment right away.

Checked a lot but nothing has come up and viagogo never dropped below 500. I enjoy oasis, but not enough to drop a grand on a pair....fingers crossed for live 26!

Keep going, someone I know just got his mate to get some 10 min ago! 🙂

And the beg regarding a spare standing still stands 😉

Enjoyed that, Ashcroft brilliant as always and Oasis put on a great show. Couldn't be bothered going out to Wembley early to get wristbands but when we went to our gate at 1730 the v.sound steward said you know you can still get in front standing, so walked round, joined the queue and got in. They did hold the queue not far behind us so not sure if they cut it off then but a nice surprise to still get in half an hour after gates opened.

Last night was biblical, gig 3 of the summer for me and i would do it all again today if i could! Worth every penny and todays sore head 🙂 The pure joy and celebration in the air at each gig has been something ive never seen before and i love it.

I went last night and had one of the best nights of my life. The 5th time I’ve seen Oasis and they were a million times better than the previous 4 times I’ve seen them.

The atmosphere was incredible, so many great people enjoying themselves and no hassle at all. So much emotion and good will in the crowd and was a privilege to be there.

Liams vocals are a lot better than they were before the split and the band were fantastic.

I think them clearly enjoying it, and being moved by it all, added to the great buzz (I felt Pulp were the same this summer).

It really clicked for me last night at Slide Away, which blew me away.

On a related tangent, saw a few trying to jib in. One lad pushed in the queue for front standing and I could see a dodgy looking screenshot on his phone. He blagged the first ticket check but got pulled at last one right at turnstile. Another lad got pulled from vip bit behind the front standing with 2 snide lanyards towards the end of the set. They went quite heavy with him but as he was led out he just punched the air as though to say I've blagged almost the whole gig before you got me.

Liam has just tweeted MMXXV11.

Glasto?

Surely the incorrectness of it is deliberate - so the MMXXV (2025) and the 11 are separate for whatever reason.

If he meant 2027, then it'd be MMXXVII

So they've been booting certain fans from the Oasis mailing list to check if they are "proper" fans - something is brewing

I have pals connected to the tour (which is how I've gone to 5 shows - and paid for one) and they've always been telling me it's 2027 next...but that could be what the "party line" is ...

here are some of my pics from last two at Wembley

    • Another one from Sheffield DocFest this weekend, Earth Wind & Fire docu, directed by Questlove. Sensational archive footage, contributions from band members, family, plus a lot of very big fans (Stevie, Lionel, Flea, the Obamas) and a warts n all assessment of the genius / flawed human being that was Maurice White. Also, I never realised he started out as a jazz drummer with Ramsay Lewis. Well worth a watch.
    • In a 6,800-word Substack essay, external, the Clacton MP said "anti-white racism was embedded into the state", and that legislation aimed at equality was a form of "social cleansing"   .https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cdjkd4mp93zo   The privileged white c**t hasn’t got a clue what racism is.

[1, 2, 3] TV Broadcasts (BBC Two & BBC Three): The channels will air dedicated compilation shows. Leading up to the weekend, you can watch archive programming such as Glastonbury: 70s Legends, 80s Legends, and 90s Legends on BBC Two. [1] Radio & BBC Sounds: Pop-up Glastonbury radio stations on BBC Sounds will feature non-stop coverage, including exclusive mixes and huge sets from past years
    • Got HBO Max to watch football so watched One Battle After Another which is a great film and deserves its awards and then rewatched Magnolia and that is a flipping amazing film...so much in it. (also rewatching Angels In America series which is also amazing).
