They’d do a “down south” option wouldn’t they?

So it would be between Knebworth, Wembley and Spurs ground.

Pure guess work but I’d wager on the first if I had to

That list of 3 is very incomplete. You can add Twickenham, Olympic Stadium, Arsenal as other London venues that host concerts for 60k+ and that's without considering the various Parks.

If it was literally any other act, nobody would even mention Knebworth as a possible option. It's a sh*t venue that's a pain in the arse for anyone who doesn't live in or near Stevenage - thankfully there's now far more venue choices than there was in the 90s and so Knebworth (just like Milton Keynes Bowl) has significantly declined in usage.

I'd also be pretty sure that it's also nowhere near as profitable to run compared to a venue with fixed infrastructure, hospitality areas, the option for tiered ticket prices, etc. So the question is - would Oasis put the nostalgia of playing a venue they did in the 90s ahead of all of the above? My guess is not a chance.

Yeah - I think I'm also willing it not to happen cause it's the arse end of nowhere, but I'd feel obliged to go. Headache I don't need.

Of course it wasn’t an exhaustive list, but they are the 3 most obvious in my mind.

Only reason I think Knebworth is a possibility is because I’ve heard of another act who may do the same venue.

So potentially the infrastructure would be there for multiple artists if needs be.

Anyway will probably just be 10 dates at Wembley!

What are we thinking about an actual tour announcement, October?

Saw Liam replied to someone who suggested that the dates drop on the end credits of the film screening at the cinemas - that would actually be pretty cool.

Either way, you'd assume they drop before the Glastonbury sale (assuming November is the norm for that now)

The person with the info said October (although first did say May).  October makes sense after the excitement builds with the September documentary

Heaton Park was so special for me, wouldn't bother again, unless maybe went for seated with my little un, but they haven't captured her 8 year old heart the way Elton, ACDC and Macca have! Will work on that.

Would go to Europe though...

So there won't be any announcements in May?

Consensus seems to be an October announcement, for gigs starting in May, but who knows at this point

I'm not convinced on Knebworth. Not based on any info, just feels like one people are willing to happen.

Europe will obviously be happening this time.

God knows at this point.

Ok.

So that first paragraph, consider me now convinced.

2027 is going to be an expensive summer 😎👀

Wasn’t it always meant to be residency’s at the Ethiad and Knebworth for England?

Depends what you believed.

I never saw/heard anything reliable about Knebworth, personally. That's now changed.

Etihad - yes. Obvious, given the extension as well.

The info that was posted on here by someone else the other day was also right. Well, the location. Can't vouch for specific dates, cause I don't have any (said persons info was removed, so I won't repeat, though I'm sure most saw it).

So parkhead, etihad, knebworth and cardiff? Then presumably off to mainland europe.

And Glasto inbetween if they fancy it....

Heard nothing on Cardiff, beyond what was mentioned on here some time back.

Maybe they won't bother, given the other venues aren't repeats?

Hmm yeah good point. Just expected something in Wales too. I'm happy anyway if it is 5 nights in Glasgow.

Any thoughts on the likelihood of Glasto?

If tickets do go on sale in October then that's right before the Glasto sale and it'll probs be obvious if they're doing it by then based on their touring schedule...

Honestly not sure.

I seem to recall 10 nights doing the rounds, for the Etihad. Something like 'every weekend and midweek'.

Dunno if that's right. If it is, though, then I'd say no to Glastonbury, looking at the calendar.

But who's to say they don't just do, say, Tuesday & Wednesday before Glastonbury, few days off, then play the festival.

Guesswork really, without dates.

The Evening Times (Glasgow local newspaper) is running with the Celtic Park thing now. I wonder if there will be an announcement after the last game of the season tomorrow.

That will be the last thing on people's minds tomorrow after that game finishes haha. But yes, any time from then makes sense with it being a year out.

Does anyone know if season ticket holders for whatever stadiums they played last time got a special presale? I'm wondering if Celtic season ticket holders will get first dibs.

Given season tickets usually specify what they are for, league only or league + cup, i don't see why they would be given any priority. Its all about the £££.

I don't recall getting any special treatment when the Stones played Old Trafford, but that was 8 years ago, so could be my memory.

At city they have that 'tunnel club' (I was in it for a Liam solo gig there), I suspect those people will get preferential treatment, give that they'll pay a premium. Not sure regular ST holders will, though.

Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester and Knebworth. Plus Mailand Europe.

Glasgow in May, Manchester in June. Dublin in May or June and Knebworth in August/September?

Mainland Europe in July and August.

Just a guess.
