The Clashes: 2024 Edition

Early ideas of set times/days are starting to come out, in addition to early clashfinders.

 

What are you angst-inspiring clashes in 2024?

 

As it stands, mine is Orbital/Streets/Ocean Colour Scene on Saturday. Coupled with the fact that my girlfriend is set on Coldplay, which at least two of them overlap.

Yup - simz, streets, orbital problem is baaaaad (particularly as I’d accept any of them as a headliner and I don’t have a Saturday one yet!)

theyre the exact same crowd and idles headlining other is already a massive reach without fontaines taking some more off them.

You’ll be able to see 2 out of 3 as SK is bafflingly first on, on west holts so wont clash with the other 2. 
 

Barry will be mobbed as they refuse to move him to a larger stage. Madness.

Don’t get many chances to see Cyndi Lauper, but TLDP could be the set of the weekend.

I was front row for them last year at Woodsies and I feel they might be a bit easier to watch again if needed…..BUT I have had there album on repeat and will get significant fomo 😬

If you positioned yourself to the right side of Lil Simz, you could easily make a quick getaway and catch the majority of The Streets?

Friday night is an absolute nightmare - the mood could take me to any of those headliners, each looking very good! Dua, Fontaines, Jungle, Skindred… take your pick! 
 

Fast forward to Saturday night - and I’m struggling for anything 😂

 

The National vs Justice on Sunday to close is also cruel! 
 

Sure there will be more come out of the woodwork when all the set times are announced!
