Agree 100%

It doesn't get talked about nearly enough. Without a doubt the best set I've seen at Glastonbury (albeit I've 'only' been to five.

I've never heard the sound so good. I was halfway or more back and it was like being in an IMAX

The only thing I'd even think about arguing was wrong with that Cure gig is that I can't help but wish that they'd played Pictures of You much later in the set. (ie when it was fully dark).

Aside from that, everything was perfect.

I’ve been to 10 Glastonbury’s and it was absolutely one of the best I’ve ever seen. Incredible sound, great visuals, pretty much the perfect set for a festival crowd.

That's fair. My only criticism would be I can't experience it again!

Thats what happens when you have a good crew. Imagine how it would be if the fest updated the Pa they even rent to something that would perform better in that setting.

Any possibilities of her bringing on guests?

kendrick for all the stars?

Doja cat for kiss for me more?

Homemade dynamite with lorde / Khalid?

I see some potential for a few collab songs / guest appearances to make the set more exciting

That aint in the budget.

It’s one of the best crowd reactions I’ve ever seen (on YouTube, I wasn’t there).

Whole place went nuts.

I’ve watched that video loads and I’m not even a Drake fan, it’s just pure joy.

Edit.

Here’s the clip for those who wanna see it….

Just catching up while listening to Sza and got sidetracked by this... Reminds me of this gem from Snoop

Edit... Nothing to do with Sza or headliners. That Giggs/Drake clip just made me instantly recall it 😅

Coldplay 16? Really?

Ahead of Stevie and Bey? I dunno.

For me Blur are on a list on their own. Coldplay 16 was most notable for the story I read on here of the wiped out guy at a camp fire communicating with Chris martin through his flashing wrist band.

Using the SZA thread to discuss favourite white men headliners and mock Beyonce is peak efests.

Stop being weird. That was a quote from Josh, making light of their small crowd.

Just to get things back on track...do we expect a similar set up to SZA's recent touring? Would that be possible on the Pyramid? And is she one to bring out guests? I've convinced myself its happening so I'm getting myself hyped

She likes a collab, so don't see why not. Pink had a pretty elaborate stage at IoW, so don't see why her current set up can't be approximated at least, but I imagine if you're a big fan, then stage setup is a cherry, not the cake

The Cure were great. I'm so glad I got to see that. Pyramid headliner that I've enjoyed the most.
