Did it get better? We pulled the plug after 20 mins...

Was a slow burner for sure. I definitely danced and had more fun at other sets but this and especially the ending was just incredible. Also the timing was just about perfect for me 😊

I wasn't minding it, but definitely on the drifting, dubby, beatless side to begin with, so the team d@bbed it down quite quickly.

Same thing happened next night at Four Tet.

Yeah we sacked off Four Tet after 20 mins or so.

I love him and know his sets tend to build, but we weren’t feeling the slower vibes so moved on to Salute @ Nowhere then The Blessed Madonna @ Genosys

Both were stormers

Another vote for Helena Hauff, I would have stayed longer for Daniel Avery but I was suddenly out on my feet just as he was going through the gears. The sound on Lonely Hearts was great too, so crisp, that really helped.

I think we ended up in Annie Mac.....? Does that sound right?  Bit hazy at that point.

If you were in Nowhere then yeah.

It was Salute, Annie And Blessed Madonna doing the Essential Mix from there.

I didnt really see any DJ sets which blew me away.

Main Phase b2b Bakey was so packed it was hard to actually dance.

Booty Bass at Firmly Rooted on the Friday night was probably my favourite set.

Salute is one awesome dj and things will only get better for him. His b2b with dj boring was perfect Sunday afternoon vibes.  Def one of the stand out sets for me.

Yeah he was great.

Saw him at Nowhere and his b2b with DJ Boring.

Both a lot of fun.

Sulta selects at Stonebridge bar, Saturday afternoon/evening.

Sicaria on the Nowhere Stage, early Sunday morning.

Bryan Gee in The Temple, early Monday morning.

DJs playing anthems on Nowhere Stage, early Monday morning. Might have been Jake and ??? Perfect end to the weekend.

Absolute belter, everyone bouncing.

The lovely thing about the Temple is that you can get above the crowd and really see everyone dancing.

Only got to see some on the Sunday as late nights are rarer these days, and there's other late night stuff than djs.  But what I did see I enjoyed.

Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs in the Glade.

Romy in the Stonebridge,

Followed by I. Jordan.

Then the festival was over 😭

Edit:  if you count Wheel of Four Tunes on the Thursday at Sensation Seekers stage - great fun.

I had the best time in the Temple this year.

Someone caught me after tripping on the steps Thursday night and they were so nice about it. I repaid the favour by catching a few people on Sunday night. For me, it was all smiles, hugs and looking out for each other. Absolutely lush 😊

Best vibe I encountered all week, along with the Mez Bar.

I've long suspected The Common is the best part of the SE corner, this year confirmed it.
