This is where Friday really starts for me: Jai Paul - Tirzah - Barry Can‘t Swim - Disclosure or Mount Kimbie - Arca - Sega Bodega.

Looking forward to having no plan/must sees on Saturday 😄

Gonna check out Jai Paul and Tirzah now, appreciate the suggestion! Hoping my body decides to let me do Arca and Sega, the former was great at APE and I do wanna catch Sega live!

The Pulp vs Deftones clash is terrible for me but will have to go with Deftones. Does anyone know how long it takes to get from Estrella to Amazon?

Wed: Phoenix

Thurs: Nieve Ella - Voxtrot - Shallec Listening Party - Mannequin Pussy - Amyl & The Sniffers - Vampire Weekend - Deftones - Justice - The Armed - Wiegedood (If I can make it until this late!)

Fri: The Last Dinner Party - Dogstar - Gel - Lana Del Rey - The National/Mabel - Barry Can’t Swim/Brutus

Depends on foot traffic. If you get your head down and march you can do it in 5 mins. If there's big crowds it cane take 10+ mins.

Deftones vs. Pulp is a bit rubbish but I kind of get the logic. Mannequin Pussy vs. Freddie Gibbs & Madlib is a sad one for me personally.

There is an annoying 1 hour gap after PJ Harvey to then have Bikini Kill and American Football directly clash.

The real question though is where is Danny Brown and why has he forsaken Spain?

Big love for this suggestion! You've just improved my Saturday dramatically aha!

Aww, happy to help. 🙂

I'm quite pleased with how Saturday is shaking out, it's a lot of artists that both me and my girlfriend want to see, whereas some of the other days I could see us spending hours apart 😄 (she does not like the heavier stuff I am interested in, like Brutus or Lisabo).

Vampire Weekend vs L'Imperatrice vs Beth Gibbons vs Duster (worst clash in PS history for me!)

Same for me, especially when between 7-10pm there's either stuff I'm seeing elsewhere (Mannequin Pussy, Arab Strap) or things I'm not that bothered about. Move Duster or L'Imperatrice in that gap and it's an incredible run that day.

Yeah its blowing my mind how people are saying the Saturday is the worst day. Its practically me and my squads music taste condensed into one day pretty much!! (even the heavier stuff!)

Me and my partner have got (mostly) lucky with who we want to see being similar but aware we'll be losing our third party member for stuff like the Deftones/Pulp clash. That is the beauty of Primavera though, there really is something for everyone

Thurs: Arab Strap -> Lambchop/Mannequin Pussy -> Blonde Redhead -> ???? -> Beth Gibbons -> Pulp/Deftones -> The Armed

Fri: Ethel Cain -> Last Dinner Party -> Yo La Tengo -> Faye Webster -> Lana Del Rey -> The National -> Brutus -> ??

Sat: Lankum/Slow Pulp -> Crumb -> PJ Harvey -> Mitski -> American Football -> ??? -> ATARASHII GAKKO -> Charli XCX

Couple of gaps to fill, couple of annoying choices to have to make, but overall quite happy. Other option is skipping Beth entirely and filling that first gap with Vampire Weekend, but might have to see what the vibe in Mordor is first - usually prefer going there on Thursday.

I've just noticed we've lost Daniela Lalita, gutted about that, she was high on my list to see.

But we have gained Princess Superstar! The power of Saltburn (maybe they should have replaced Kim Petras with Sophie Ellis-Bextor!)!

Taking into account that all the Thursday clashes start after 10 p.m., Thursday actually becomes the weakest day for me. I'm still not sure what to see before 10 p.m. And I'm yet to decide what NOT to see after 10 p.m.

Friday and Saturday are much more even and easier to navigate:

Friday: Lisasinson - julia amor - Silica Gel - The Last Dinner Party - (2nd half of) Omar Apollo - Troye Sivan - Mushkaa - Hannah Diamond - Snow Strippers - Barry Can't Swim - (2nd half of) Disclosure

Saturday: Merina Gris - (2nd half of) The Lemon Twigs - Royel Otis - El Mató a un Policia Motorizado - Liberato - Mitski - Romy - Atarashii Gakko! - Charli XCX

so Thursday's is the worse case scanario with VW clashing with Billy woods from one side and Beth Gibbons, L'impratrice and duster on the other. I think I'll decide after BG album tomorrow (which I'm sure will be great and make it a nightmare)

Friday's overall fine, National/Clipse/Tirzah is a bit of annoying but I'll catch the National on Wendesday

Saturday starts bad with Lemon Twigs/Water from your eyes/Royel Otis clash, and later Mitski/Bikini Kill, but also acceptable

I hoped Roosevelt don‘t get in the clashes… now he is in the middle of it

Same here, still not decided what to do with it. I already said goodbye to Sofia Kourtesis and Roosevelt will probably be the next victim of Pulp - Justice run.

Wow the Saturday is surprisingly heavy on clashes for me.

Royel Otis vs Lisabö vs Militarie Gun vs Depresion Sonora. Such a strong 4-way clash is unusual, will probably go with Militarie Gun or Lisabö. Depresion Sonora would seem to fit better for later spot?

Yo La Tengo and Chelsea Wolfe is a hard one but will go see Chelsea when she comes to Sweden instead.

HTRK and Blonde Redhead is too bad, must be very overlapping fan bases..

    • Ethel Cain and Brutus to bookend the day were my highlights. Had been listening to Brutus a bit over the last few weeks and had no clue the vocalist was the drummer, insane workload! Ethel was just other-worldly, and even managed to shut the yappers in the crowd up.   Lana was late, flat, but I was stood near the back and away from the masses and it was alright. Ocean Boulevard stood out, not least because her backing singers seemed to know how to perform better.    Even stuck around for most of The National and really enjoyed a band I've never got on board with before. Just so much good music happening!

    • Jai Paul was massively underwhelming, but Barry was exxxxxxcelent
    • On a serious note,  would anyone be up for an efestivals meet up tomorrow?  Me and @allribena will be ootnaboot
    • My minor grumbles from today: I didn’t realise the bands would go on until after midnight. I missed the headliners as it was past my bedtime.    I went to all of the bars and not one of them sold Blue WKD. Nor did they do White Russians.    Why aren’t there seats around the other stages like at cupra?   Too many people in hats.    Nowhere to take your shoes off.   Water taps only did still water- no sparkling.    I got a stone in my shoe.    Not enough men with beards- have they gone out of fashion?   People didn’t extinguish their marijuana cigarettes when I requested them to.    Not enough people complimented my witty t shirt.   Nowhere sold Staffordshire oatcakes or Derbyshire pikelets.    Too many toilets.    My nunchucks were confiscated upon entry
