Sorry, I meant you only need to put your reg details in when you book the accommodation if you want and add any names of people that will stay there later. So that would get round any double bookings etc.

Ah I see what you mean, but this thread is about a spreadsheet for folks to pool resources and help each other get WV/Sticklinch options, so isn't it possible that say I would get through but one of the helpers would simultaneously buy for me?

Do you think maybe we could avoid crossing the streams by perhaps more explicit and bolder messages in whatsapp?

Eg.  BLUTARSKY BOUGHT.  

I'm wary that if we needed to message once we got to the buy page that would delay the purchase.

Could go the whole hog and do a whatsapp group call for no delay, but that says limit of 8 people?

I think that messaging is clear, but will make the spreadsheet editable too so people can highlight themselves in green.

Yes, good call.  I think as long as there's not about 40 admins it's better to avoid the risk of double dropping.
