Yeah, that's the way I see it - if Trump wins Alaska, Georgia, North Carolina, and Maine 2nd (ie the ones he's expected to take), then that puts him on 248.

So he'd still need to pick up 22 votes - which realistically would mean some combination of Pennsylvania (20), Michigan (16), Arizona (11), Wisconsin (10), or Nevada (6) - all of which I'm hopeful are with Biden though can't deny I'm getting nervous.

Michigan and Penn looking good for Trump

What’s going on with Michigan? The lead looks strong for Trump. Are we really expecting that many mail in votes for Biden still to be counted?

I still think Biden will win overall, but a lot hinges on what Trump comes out and says that will make how calm or not the next few days will be when outstanding ballots are still to be counted and verified:

Biden could win w/ 270 but I believe Trump could do the same if he wins Michigan and Wisconsin plus GA and NC. He doesn’t need PA and AZ

Impossible to say either way - most of what's left, in both states, is mail in and concentrated around the major cities both of which mean that those votes will favour Biden.

The current gaps will almost certainly narrow, a lot, but whether it's enough is anyones guess.

Mad that he has just come out and started rambling incoherently. He's like some dude at a bus stop. Would hate to try to pick a soundbite out of this!

You watch politicians and it’s clear what point they’re trying to get across and they hammer it home. This guy...no idea what he’s even saying. He has no point. He has no policies.

    • I'm not sure, they aren't giving any headliner in that format 2hours and Foos would have at least 2. I wouldn't say Reading is likely for them next year either. If they are as said going big on a tour with stadiums and festivals then the UK is once place they can definitely do stadiums and that would rule them out. And that's even if they come back for a second UK stint as I fully expect them in Europe from very early. That could be seen as hyperthetical but there are is some places I cannot see them not doing from history.
    • One problem could be that many of the hospitality packages are already sold out. Unless you’ve a media contact, media organisations normally get a hospitality allocation.
    • I agree on WA taking a year off in 2027. But if they got the call from R&L could see them having a similar August to what Fontaines are doing now. A few random shows + 2/3 other festivals. The festival/LN does seem to love them as well so there is a chance they take a punt.   I did see about Rodrigo potentially doing a stadium in Poland but no clue if that would be 2027 or 2028, I just can't see her at the Fest at all, seems too big in current climate.   If I were to guess the headliners next year I'd go with Fred Again/Foos/Capaldi/Olivia Dean/Biffy or Wolf Alice/Some Rapper, Tems?
